Yellowbox Cabins are unique in that they were originally part of the Olympic Village in Homebush, Sydney. The cabins were relocated to Wiseman's Creek to become a lovely place to stay with creature comforts and stunning views.
Only 15 minutes drive from Oberon and 30 minutes from Bathurst, there is so much to see and do in the area or just come and relax.
We provide tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, 1 litre milk.
Kitchens are fully fitted with everything you will need to cook up a storm.
There is also a shared gas BBQ with Pizza maker.
There is Free NBN Wifi for your stay.
Please roam, hike, picnic or play on our 75 acres of land. We provide cricket sets, footy balls, a basketball hoop and totem tennis for the energetic ones.
A washing machine, dryer and wash-line is available for your use for stays more than 3 days.
TVs are available in each cabin with free to air channels. DVD players are in the bunk rooms with a variety of DVDs. There are plenty of board games in the chest in the lounge (Acacia) or in the sideboard in Stringybark.

All beds are made up with fresh linen for your visit. We also provide soap, shampoo,toilet paper and towels.
THINGS TO DO
There are a few wineries in the area which require you to book, but do tastings at no charge. Get in touch with us to find out more.
Wine tours can also be booked through the Oberon Information Centre.
These stunning gardens are 15 minutes drive from our cabins. A stroll through the gardens is a must do and there is a lovely restaurant at the entrance for some refreshments. Look out for special events.
An amazing place to visit with lots of cave tours (book early in high season) There 'are some great walks and options for relaxing over a meal or drink.
Travel is approx 45 minutes to the caves.
Please check with the Oberon Information Centre for various fossicking sites. There are also Seasonal Paddock to Plate tours to book or contact Louw's Mount Truffles to secure your place on a truffle hunt.
Oberon Town is very proud of their Local shops and Cafes. There is plenty on offer and crafts by locals at the Craft and Saddlery Shop in Ross Street.
Kringle Cottage offers Christmas decorations and gifts all year round and Coopers Antiques has plenty to draw you in.
The local Farmers Market is on the first Saturday of the month.
Yarriga horse riding is approx 10 km from the cabins towards Bathurst on Beaconsfield Road.
Stop at the O 'Connell pub for a lunch or visit Tumblegum gift shop opposite the pub.
Thank you for having us for the Easter break. We had a lovely time. You have tastefully renovated and made the cabins that much more inviting and comfortable The basketball hoop was a hit and very much appreciated and my favourite was the hammock chair- much contested during the weekend.
